Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within an established Business Services firm based in Dublin. They are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller to join their brand-new Credit Control team, this vacancy is offering between up to €32,000 dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will:

* Be part of a newly formed Credit Control team
* Reporting directly into the Credit Team Leader and the Head of Credit (Manchester based)
* Chase all outstanding debts via telephone, email and letters
* Managing a high value ledger across own portfolio
* Dealing with 100’s of key client accounts within industries such as Financial Services, Banking and Professional Services
* Network within the business to resolve any Credit Control queries i.e. dealing with sales team

Candidate specification:

* Must have worked in a Credit Control position previously
* Ideally worked with clients from the following industries, Financial Services, Banking and Professional Services
* Experience using Ongaurd
* Expereince within the Irish Mark is beneficial
* Able to work towards deadlines
* Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
