As a Credit Controller, you will develop close working relationships with various stakeholders within the business enabling you to proficiently manage queries within SLA’s, whilst adhering to business processes deadlines.
Reporting to: Credit Control Manager
Role Duties:
* Take responsibility for B2B debt collection of corporate clients
* Manage a ledger with value ranging to £1.5m on monthly basis
* Ensure the prompt and timely collection of overdue accounts
* Resolve Credit Control queries in an effective and timely manner
* Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are adhered to
* Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in the overall DSO
* Business partner with Sales, senior management and Clients
* Perform account reconciliations and cash allocations of Client Accounts
* Ad-hoc duties required
Key Requirements:
* Must have a good knowledge of Excel (including Vlookups & Pivot Tables)
* A minimum of 1+ years Credit Control experience
* Experience of managing high value key customers
* Excellent telephone manner for outbound and inbound calls
* Numerate with strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
