Portfolio Credit Control are working with a well-known HR Software company to bring on a Data Entry Administrator on an initial interim basis. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door with a company of exceptional professionals that empower growth and have a turnover to show for it.

What you will be doing:

* Safely and securely export data from the Online system
* Accurately input data in the correct format
* Liaise with internal Account Managers to understand Data Entry requirements
* Keep accurate records of work carried out in Excel and Salesforce
* Ensure Account Managers are updated by email when work is complete
* Liaise with clients by telephone and email when queries arise
* Work to timescales and Service Level Agreements
* Be available to take inbound calls to support the Service Desk

What you need:

* To be able to start in 2 weeks or less
* An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
* Stakeholder management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in data entry admin
