Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within a Construction Company based in Essex. They are looking to hire a Office Manager to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering £30,000 per annum.

* Reception duties such as greeting visitors and making sure they reach the correct department.
* Making sure required maintenance and repairs are carried out within a timely manner.
* Management of the company documents register.
* Complete ownership of employee records.
* Liaising with other heads of the department, managers and teams to ensure the smooth running of the offices
* Support in attracting new talent to the business.

The Person

* 2+ years experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to operate within a professional manner
* Excellent analytical and influencing skills
* Energetic, decisive and a team player.
* IT illiterate.
