My client is a high end retailer, moving out of Central London to a new office in Harlow and looking to add a Senior Credit Controller on a temporary basis for initially 3 month basis, but this role can go permanent for the right candidate.
You must have retail experience and recent working knowledge of debit and credit notes.
* Management of the high risk & high value accounts
* Account reconciliations and keeping track of deviations from agreed credit terms.
* Chasing debt via phone, email and letter
* Resolution of all debit and credit claims
* Processing credit and debit claims and queries within a prompt manner.
* Build weekly/monthly reports to present the Credit Manager showing all outstanding items and incidents for late payments by major accounts.
* Self billing invoice details to be collated and input to the customer account raising invoice requests and also ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
