With over 50 years' experience in the financial services industry and expertise in the provision of a wide range of domestic and international services, this organisation has become a global partner to their clients with offices strategically situated to best serve their needs. This opportunity represents an unparalleled career advancement opportunity for the exceptional individual.You will be carrying out proactive credit control for all centres to minimise arrears, unallocated receipts, and credit losses. You will also be carrying out reconciliations and reallocations of client accounts and payments to resolve payment issues. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Matching the ledger's payments to the underwriters. * Actively distributing the Aged Debt Report, discussing your allocated accounts with underwriters, and highlighting any issues in corporate credit control meetings. * Sending regular statement chasers to insurers and brokers. * Producing and giving out broker commission statements. * Increasing and issuing deductibles journal postings while verifying financial data and participating in various month-end reconciliations. * Query resolution. We are working with a leading global professional services firm that provides a range of legal, fiduciary, fund, regulatory, and compliance services to clients around the world. We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join the team. Responsibilities: * Monitor the firm's accounts help inbox and ensure all emails that require distribution to folders for either other departments actions or for filing purposes are sent to the correct location. * Administrative duties appropriate to the role (inc Scanning, reviewing remittances, coding and keying invoices onto our internal systems and Client refund preparation). * In busy periods assisting the Cash Transaction Controllers in ensuring all Bank reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner in line with the firm's current processes and policies and my relevant regulatory requirements. * To perform internal housekeeping on shared drives and mailbox folders on a regular basis * Provide a high standard of professional customer service to both internal staff and external clients with a high level of both written and verbal communication. * Complete all Statutory training within the time frames set. * Ensure compliance in line with the Firm's procedures and, were, applicable, local country legal requirements including the appropriate anti money laundering legislation.
